Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

CITY - LINK will deliver on the day instructed by us and if the delivery is unsuccessful a missed delivery card will be put through the door ( excluding flats or apartments that share a common entrance ). A second attempt will be made, but if no one is in to receive the item, you must contact us or collect the item IMMEDIATELY from your local City - Link depot with proof of ID or the item will get returned to us and a charge of £8.00 will be incurred.
