Just a quick email to thank you for the excellent service I received in ordering the Antler suitcase that was delivered to me this morning. My telephone calls on Tuesday were efficiently dealt with and you kindly contacted me yesterday in order to double-check the delivery details. The suitcase was with me by 8:30 a.m. this morning!

I do quite a bit of shopping on the internet and often service can be very variable and delivery a problem but not in this case (excuse the pun!).

Thanks again; I will happily use you in the future should I need to purchase luggage.

I just wanted to say how chuffed I am with the great service and lovely leather folio that arrived today - I highly recommend your website to other customers. I only purchased it late on Sunday night so the turnaround was excellent. And the product itself is gorgeous, soft, classy and just what I was looking for - I am sure my husband will be thrilled with it on Xmas morning! It was the best value I had seen on the net, plus the free postage was the icing on the cake.
