PRICE ADJUSTMENT
If the same exact style number and colour that you purchased is found to be reduced by us or on any other Authorised UK based website shortly after your receive it, you can request a price adjustment. In order to receive a price adjustment, you must email us within 14 days of your item's delivery. Price adjustments can only be made to the same credit card that was originally used for the purchase.

Returns policy | | * Online purchases only (excluding special orders), carry a 14 day money back guarantee (Extended to 28 days for items purchased in December), less £6.00 to cover the original postage costs, provided they are returned un-used and prior notice is given concerning the reason for thier return.
* We check all our goods before they are despatched, but in the unlikely event the goods are received faulty or damaged we will refund the return carriage cost, up to three months from the purchase date. A request for return must be authorized by us first, before retuning an item.
